MEMORIAL SITE FOR THE JEWISH COMMUNITY

ROGOVIN HOUSE, 1996

The house of the Rogovin family is one of the only monuments left standing after the partisans destroyed the town in 1942.

Mrs. Maria Yorkelevitch (Badjek)

Mrs. Yorkelevitch tried to recognize people from the Memorial Book on the Community of Vishnive, edited by Chaim Avramson (published in Hebrew, 1972). Next to her stands her daughter, with Regina, our tour guide, sitting on the floor next to her.
